Fragmented Workflows

Agents were losing time switching between PDF viewers, Translate, and Ticketing tools. This caused high "Tab Fatigue" and security risks.

The Goal

Design a Unified Workspace where agents can Translate, Summarize, and Search without ever leaving the secure environment.

Agent Assist Chat

I separated visual hierarchy: User Inputs (Right/Color) vs. AI Responses (Left/Grey). Added "Quick Action" chips to reduce typing time.
